Who we are

Riverdale Martial Arts Inc. operates https://larchway.digital and is the operator of every course booking made through this site.

Making a booking

A booking is made by submitting the contact form on our home page or by phone, naming the course and preferred start date, and completing payment once a coach confirms availability. A booking is only confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation message.

Rescheduling

If your plans change before a course starts, contact us and we will move your booking to the next available start date for the same course at no extra charge, subject to space. Rescheduling within three days of a start date is handled case by case.

Missed sessions

If you miss an individual session within the Lantern Skills Course or the Long Path Program, let your coach know in advance where possible. A make-up session is not provided as standard, but a coach may suggest catching up with the group the following week where the material allows it.

Class conduct

All participants are expected to follow coach instruction, wear appropriate training clothing, and treat other students and staff with respect. A coach may ask a participant to sit out a drill or a session if conduct puts anyone's safety at risk.

Waivers

Before your first session you will be asked to sign a brief waiver acknowledging the physical nature of the training and confirming you have disclosed any relevant condition to your coach. The waiver does not remove your consumer rights under Ontario law; it exists to confirm you understand the physical activity involved.

Instructor substitution

Where a scheduled coach is unavailable for a session, we substitute a qualified instructor from our team rather than cancel the class. We will tell you in advance where possible.

Payment and pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars on our Courses page and are confirmed at the time of booking.
