OUR METHOD
How we keep sessions consistent
Every session follows the same lesson plan on file for its course level, reviewed by the lead coach each term, so a Tuesday group and a Thursday group cover the same ground even with different attendees. If you switch evenings partway through a course, you pick up exactly where the rest of the group left off, without repeating material or missing a step.
