Description of the offer

We offer three self-defense and awareness courses described in full on our Courses page, priced in Canadian dollars.

Eligibility

Courses are open to participants aged sixteen and up. Participants are responsible for disclosing any physical condition relevant to safe training before their first session.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed once payment is received. See the Payment & Refund Policy below and the Cancellation Policy for what happens if your plans change. Full enrolment terms are set out in our Booking Terms.

Intellectual property

Course materials, the Larchway name and the content of this site belong to Riverdale Martial Arts Inc. and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

Acceptable use

Participants are expected to follow coach instruction, respect other students, and refrain from conduct that puts anyone's safety at risk during a session.

Disclaimer

General information. The content on this site is provided by Riverdale Martial Arts Inc. for general informational purposes about our courses.

Not professional advice. Nothing on this site is a substitute for individual health, legal or safety advice appropriate to your situation.

Accuracy and availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep course details accurate, but schedules, prices and availability may change; your final booking confirmation reflects the current terms.

Results. Outcomes from any course depend on individual effort and circumstance; we make no promise about what any individual participant will achieve.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by Ontario law, Riverdale Martial Arts Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or participation in a course, beyond amounts actually paid for that course.

Payment & Refund Policy

Scope. This policy covers payments made for any of our three courses.

Eligibility. A full refund is available if you cancel at least seven days before your course start date. Cancellations within seven days may receive a partial refund or credit toward a future course — see our Refunds & Cancellation page for the complete schedule.

How to request. Email [email protected] or call +1 416-521-5078 with your name and course name.

Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within five to ten business days.

Non-refundable cases. Refunds are not available once a course has started, except where we cancel a session ourselves.

Cancellation Policy

How to cancel. Contact us by email or phone during our working hours, Monday – Saturday, 16:00–21:30.

Cancellation windows. Cancelling seven or more days ahead of your start date qualifies for a full refund; cancelling within seven days follows the partial-refund terms above.

Rescheduling. We would rather move your booking to a later session than cancel it outright — ask us about rescheduling before cancelling.

Cancellations by us. If we cancel a session for low enrolment or an instructor's unavailability, you receive a full refund or a place in the next available session, whichever you prefer.

Our site may link to third-party resources; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable within it.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the most recent revision.
