Your rights under Ontario law
As a consumer in Ontario, your rights around this agreement are protected under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002. Nothing in this policy limits those rights; where any term here conflicts with that Act, the Act applies.
Cancelling before a course starts
Cancel at least seven days before your course start date for a full refund to your original payment method. Cancelling between one and six days before the start date qualifies for a fifty percent refund or, if you prefer, full credit toward a future course.
Cancelling after a course has started
Once a course has started, fees already paid are not refundable, except where we are unable to deliver the remaining sessions ourselves.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the card or payment method used for booking within five to ten business days of approval.
Cancellations by Larchway
If we cancel a session or course for low enrolment, weather, or an instructor's unavailability, you receive a full refund or a place in the next available offering of the same course, at your choice.
How to request a refund or cancellation
