What data we collect

When you use the contact form on our home page we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you choose to provide. We also collect basic usage data through analytics cookies and, where enabled, advertising cookies — see our Cookie Policy.

How we use the data

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, confirm a course booking, and keep our records of who is enrolled in which course. Usage data helps us understand which pages are useful and where the site can be improved.

Legal basis

We process your information under applicable Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), on the basis of your consent when you submit the form and our legitimate interest in running the course and answering enquiries.

Cookies & tracking

We use a small set of cookies described fully in our Cookie Policy, covering essential site function, performance measurement and advertising.

Third parties

We may share data with service providers who help us operate the site, such as analytics and advertising platforms, and with payment processors when you book a paid course. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide the course and meet our own record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you may ask to access, correct or withdraw consent for the personal information we hold about you by writing to [email protected].

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information you share with us, appropriate to the size of our business.

Children's data

Our courses and this site are directed at people aged sixteen and up, consistent with our course eligibility, and we do not knowingly collect data from younger children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above shows the most recent revision.
